- Appointed Chair of Chapter 13 Committee. Asked to serve as Chair of committee for cdcbaa which meets with bankruptcy judges, trustees, and creditor counsel to shape the local forms and rules for Chapter 13 bankruptcy
- Appointed Chair of Zoom Administration Committee. Asked to serve as Chair of committee for cdcbaa which presents, hosts, and moderates MCLE programs, coordinating with bankruptcy judges, bankruptcy trustees, and creditor lawyers as continuing education for about 100 bankruptcy lawyers viewing each month
- Appointed Chair of Bylaws Committees. Asked to serve as Chair of two different committees for cdcbaa which updated the organization’s bylaws, reviewing 25-page document, sentence-by-sentence with other bankruptcy lawyers, the changes of which were approved by the board of directors unanimously.
- Spearheaded increase of CDCA Chapter 13 fees: In 2024, helped lead an effort to increase the no-look fees for the Central District of Calif in Chapter 13 cases, both for the RARA and supplemental fees. This is the first increase in the district since 2016.
