Professional Associations
Hale Antico currently serves on the Board of Directors for two well-respected bankruptcy associations in the Los Angeles area. He is the most recent Past President of the James T King Bankruptcy Inn of Court. Additionally, he’s the current Vice-President of the CDCBAA, the second largest association of bankruptcy lawyers in the nation.
Hale Anticostarted his law practice in 2003 before the bankruptcy reform , and has helped over 2,000 people since then receive a bankruptcy discharge and new beginning. He believes in honest communication, learning bankruptcy law and its procedures, and setting expectations and exceeding them. All while treating people with compassion and respect.
Education
Attorney Antico graduated from California State University at Northridge, with a degree in Psychology. After that, he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Court Admissions
Attorney Antico is licensed to practice law in California, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, and other federal courts including the Central District of California.
Leadership & Membership
Attorney Hale Antico is active in the bankruptcy community. He attends regular sessions of continuing legal education to stay on top of the most recent legal developments in the complicated bankruptcy field. Additionally, he engages with bankruptcy judges, bankruptcy trustees, and creditor attorneys at the Bankruptcy Inn of Court. This organization encourages civility, high level of professionalism, and understanding the complex subject-matter of the law. He’s humbled to be chosen to serve the hundreds of bankruptcy lawyers in both groups for over 10 years as a director on both boards.
Honors & Awards
Additionally, Hale Antico is honored to be chosen as Best Bankruptcy Attorney by readers of the SCV Signal, the largest newspaper in Santa Clarita, in 2017. This was the fourth time voters in the area have selected him for that honor. In 2018, he was a finalist when nominated as Best Lawyer, of any specialty, by the AV Press, the largest newspaper in the Antelope Valley.
